Benaud Jacob is a dynamic, multi-faceted Business Development Executive with about 21 years of total work experience. His vision, entrepreneurship and proven ability in setting and meeting high goals led to technology and project accomplishments with major U.S corporations like Kmart, Footstar, Meldisco and Penske. He is highly intuitive in the skilled use of Information Technology in the workplace. His innovative thinking led to many opportunities in crafting solutions and methodologies that are cost-effective, easily maintained and "transparent" to end users. He is an exceptional team-builder and mentor, adept at assembling and managing dedicated solutions-oriented teams to deliver information technology projects ahead of schedule and under budget. Sherley's proven people skills and recognized ability to work with diverse clients and associates has provided Synerjix an extra edge in associating the human factor with business. As the VP of HR and Operations, Sherley acts as an external catalyst and creates collaborative spirit to support mission driven teams. Her open door policy in fostering people-centric environments through commitment to excellence and integrity has contributed much success to the success of our mission during the past 14 years. Sherley possesses a health care background and holds a degree in medicine from University of Bombay, Mumbai, India.

1998 - Signed a major contract with nation's largest footwear distributor firm, to manage, maintain, develop and support store systems applications in 2200+ retail locations, nationwide. SPI responsibilities also included representing the footwear firm in one of the largest retail firms in the U.S.
1999 - The business growth boosted by the introduction of its "Staff Augmentation" division. SPI was selected as a prime vendor for one of nation's largest retail firm. SPI started providing contracting services to several large clients nationwide. J.D.Edwards and Peoplesoft ERP services were added to the staff augmentation division as specialized services.
1999 - An innovative and creative consulting method, "Core Teams" was conceived and standardized as a methodology to benefit current clientele
2000 - Established a strategic partnership via with one of largest and leading auto service firms in the U.S. Core Teams methodology helped functioning as an extended I.T arm of the auto service division. Managed, implemented and supported auto service applications, nationwide.
2000 - A new division to provide data communication related services was initiated. Apart from EDI and other modes of data communication involvements, specialization was concentrated on MQ Series based messaging solutions. One of the biggest projects resulted in the data integration between two large U.S. firms
2001 - Implemented an integrated Point of Sale and Back Office Store Systems application to a leading auto service firm. Implemented a standalone auto service application that helped manage store level services and poll transactions centrally
2002 - Launched the proprietary "Business Application Integration" methodology and started developing tools and strategies to support this methodology.
2003 - SPI-Dx (SPI Data Exchange predecessor to DatMobil) solution was launched and beta versions were released as a forerunner to a full integrated communication suite. SPI-Dx enabled connectivity between departments and/or vendors/suppliers for streamlined and secured data transfers. SPI unveiled this technology at the Technical Expo organized by Detroit Chamber of Commerce as an initial step towards making DATMOBIL available to automotive suppliers and other Metro Detroit businesses. DatMobil was later showcased at the Retek Expo in Chicago.
